Reference

Mark 7: 1-8

Once we have acknowledged the current state of our lives, we reach a profound moment in which we are invited to let go. Just as the Pharisees were concerned about the traditions which the disciples were defiling, Jesus invites us to let go of doctrines, traditions, and/or beliefs that no longer serve the betterment of our vitality.
